I am a frontend developer based in Hamburg, Germany.
Over 20 years ago, I started building my first websites and have been doing it ever since.
Directly after school I studied information technology and design at the University of Applied Sciences in Lübeck, Germany, and graduated with a diploma in engineering.
Afterwards, I worked as a freelance frontend developer for 9 years, where I supported startups as the sole frontend developer as well as large companies with established teams.
I currently lead the frontend team at factorial.io where I am involved in coaching other developers, standardizing tools, setting up workflows, coordinating with other professions like backend development, UX/UI and project management — and making sure our developers feel as comfortable as possible, so they can focus on delivering amazing projects.
